Valley Youth runs a large group, small group environment
Large group starts with a game played on stage or all together. We then spend time in worship, praising and worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus. We then come to a time of large group teaching. One of our awesome youth sponsors teaches a message, challenging the students to not just hear but to put into practice the lessons from the Bible.
Small group is right after the sermon, where we break our students up into groups based on jr. high boys, jr. high girls, sr. high boys, and sr. high girls. In this setting we challenge our Youth Sponsors to help the student engage in Biblically led conversations. This is a safe place for students to be challenged by their peers, and youth sponsors. To be discipled, and to become a discipler.
We believe that every student deserves to be talked to and treated with respect and taught to find the answers they are looking for through the Bible.
