“When I was a teenager I was placed in Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch group home. One of the staff attended Valley Christian Church. That is where I fell in love with this church it’s where we felt welcomed and wanted. On Wednesday nights she would bring us to a Bible study if we had privileges to go. I remember how packed the house was, kids everywhere, living room floor full and the love for each other and God. This past fall I realize that the floor I sat on at 17 as a hurt, confused, God hungry teen is the same living room floor I sit on Wednesday nights at Kris and Joel’s for Small Group. God brought me back full circle. ”
